The Process

To begin simply read the terms & conditions below and complete the online signup form and become an affiliate partner, it's free. Upon receipt of your application, we will acknowledge you and send you the tools you need in order to begin tapping into your own network. Once you have identified a potential member, you email them the invitation to join the club. Once they signup, we will then pay you $200^* referral fee!

PIC AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

1. To become a Private Investment Club Affiliate member you must approve this agreement by clicking I agree box below and submit your online signup form.
   
   
2. Only once your form has been received by our office will we proceed to assign you with an ID number and compensate you for the referrals that invest in Private Investment Club projects.
   
   
3. As an Official Affiliate we will email the tools you need to promote your new part time business.
   
   
4. Your task as Affiliate is to introduce our club to your network via emails, flyers or phone calls.
   
   
5. Only approved promotional information by Private Investment Club may be used to promote our projects. All Affiliates are requested to submit any alternative publicity or advertising they intend to use for office approval by email to service@privateinvestmentclub.ca or fax 905-488-4034.
   
   
6. All referrals should be emailed to our office and be properly identified with full name, email address and 2 phone numbers including the best number and time to call them along with any other instructions.
   
   
7. All affiliates that you empower to join our program will need to complete the online affiliate form. This is so we may assign an ID number for tracking purposes for their activity to your own ID number.
   
   
8. All compensation will be paid after the new member has passed their refund timeline. To receive any of the referral fees you need to be a recognized Affiliate in our program. The referral fee is $200.00^* for every new standard membership. This referral fee will be pro-rated for any membership specials.
   
   
9. When a transaction is completed, please advise us by email. At that time you will be requested to provide Private Investment Club with an invoice for said amount. Invoice can be made under your company name or under your name. If invoice is under your name, we require you indicate your social insurance number on the invoice, so we can issue you a T4 form by the end of the year.
   
   
10. The $200^* referral fee is based on the full membership fee. Affiliate referral fee will be pro-rated to reflect any new members who join under special promotions involving discount.
